Is it legal in Arizona to have a custom 3rd brake light decal?

I have a 2000 Jeep Wrangler with the 3rd brake light above the spare. I was wanting to get a decal that would cover part of the light to make the brake light be a word instead of simply a light, but I don't know if it's legal in AZ. I couldn't find anything online to help me. Anyone know?
