Do you think this guy is lying to me?

i met this guy who is in his 40s and hes hitting on me (im 22) and he's kinda cute so i dont know if i wanna go out with him but i got the feeling he's a total liar. he told me he went to Harvard and then after that he was a Rhodes scholar so I asked the people here on Y!A in the Higher Ed section and someone told me that Rhodes scholar means after you graduate u go to Oxford University in England and study there for free and it's like a honor scholarship thingy only for the "elite" and only like 2 people a year get picked from the entire USA . he also told me he has a multi-milion dollar bank account and that he wants to take me on his yacht to the caribean this summer. my friends googled him and found out that he used to live in LA. I asked him where has he lived and he told me MA, ME, MI and CT. I said are u sure u never lived in LA and he goes never. So do u think everything else he told me is BS?
