My facebook homepage isnt the same help!!!?

i need help my facebook homepage isnt workin like it used to.. wen i go to scroll down the page.. only the centre of the page wiv the newsfeed is goin up or down not the whole page, also i cant see any birthdays or see my friends online on the left hand side... i had 13 notifications other day and wen i went to scroll dwn to view the bottom of the list i ***** as it only scrolled dwn the newsfeed =/ i made another fb account to see if it did the same but the new fb account worked fine! is there any way or contactin facebook or can anyone else help me solve this issue..
