My 1 1/2 yr. old cat has started attacking 2 of my cats?

I have 4 cats a 13 yr. old, 10yr. old, 7 yr. old & a 1 yr. old. My year old cat has just started to last out at the 10 & 7 year old cats. My year old I found her in the street when she was just a few weeks old she had just opened her eyes. When she was a month or two years old I realized she was deaf and noticed her blue eye is almost blind she has a green eye as well. So she grew up with all my cats. She is starteled easlie I think she was spooked the other day when my blk. 7 yr. old jumped in the window as she slept she started to attack the 7 yr. old and now also attacks the blk. 10 yr. old. It is 2 days now. If she sees them she starts to growl and attacks them just seeing them. What do I do now ?
