Norton kept finding the same virus and saying it fixed it..but didn't. Now I have AVG and it keeps healing it

AVG keeps finding several issues, saying its 'healed' them, but finds the same things on every scan. Right now it says I have 4 trojan horses. But it won't fix them...delete them...banish them...
