On the cross Jesus is quoted, It is finished. What does Jesus mean "It"?

I believe Jesus is referring to the completion of the new Pascal Banquet. Do you believe He is simply stating His death? Do you believe His is stating the New Pascal dinner began at the Last Supper? What does this meaning of the word "It" impact the institution of Holy Communion?
