Feeling kicks down low?

i'm only 22 weeks + 4days pregnant with a baby girl and i feel my baby kick very low like its coming from but i know thats an exaggeration, but should i be really concerned? should i contact my doctor? i know at my last ultrasound at 20 weeks they said baby was breech, would this have anything with baby kicking so low? i never felt a kick higher than that
