I need an honest answer?

Has anyone here besides me cheated on their partner or cheated multiple times because I feel as though I'm the only one here that has done it and been man enough to fess up to it and every person that I talk to it treating me like a common criminal or a skank, w*h*o*r*e, etc... serious answers only please. And one thing I will say in my defense it that I fessed up to it twice but there are some people that never tell their better half for days, weeks. months, years.. Am I the only one on the planet that has done this and regretted it? serious answers only please
