What can I do to cleanse myself? I’m 16 and don’t have a set religion?

I feel really dirty, not physically but my spirit and my soul just feel unclean. What can I do to cleanse myself? I’m 16 and don’t have a set religion, I believe there’s a god but I would like to research religions.
