What is wrong with him!?!?

Ok today in photography cl we were looking at some pictures we had taken and our teacher told us to move where we could see and this guy just moves over like barely three inches away from me and says hey rach mind if I move over here and i'm like you might as well and he kept humming and I'm like you can't be quite? And he's like sorry and he started singing so I'm like what song is that and he said in bloom and I'm like I've never heard of it and he's like what kind of music do you like and I'm like why do you care and he didn't answer me and I'm like why really why and he's like I just wander and I'm like just because you ask a question does not mean you will get an answer and he's like doesn't mean you shouldn't try. And then he asked me if I missed a skank who moved away and I said no she was a skank he asked with who I told him the freaks and he laughed I also did and then later that day we were in independant study and I went to the restroom and I walked back at the room he has up doing something he looks at me dead in the eyes so I smile just being polite and he comes and hugs me not like a little hugs like a bear hug and I'm like don't do that and he smiled and said you looked like you needed a hug what is wrong with him?!
